Thanks for the reply. I definitely won't set my goal for 40 days. It would be my first "water only" fast. That alone, I think intimidates me and ultimately I end up eating after about4 days of being successful. I'm definitely setting the bar to high right now. I'm going to listen to my body. If it allows me to do 40 days, great. If not that's fine too. What is your opinion on the "no toothpaste" thing. So many different opinions. Haha. I would not want to stop brushing my teeth. My only worry is it effecting my body going into ketosis... hmmmmmmm.
