I mean I've researched quite a bit on the subject.. there's so much debate on whether taking supplements would effect ketosis which of course if my main concern. Like you said that would be a starvation "diet" essentially. Would toothpaste really effect ketosis? Even if you made sure not to swallow any? There is also a lot of debate on that. Its seems no matter how much i read up on the subject theres no definitive answer. Just opinions.. I don't breast feed and I have read a lot even on this site that in can help with emotional and/or mental problems. Whether or not that's true I don't know. I don't take any medications currently for anything, I don't even take vitamins now. Just curious if it would effect ketosis.. I know that rest is much needed. But I have read of people maintaining jobs and children while water fasting. They said it was difficult. But manageable and to listen to your body of course. That's interesting. I've heard of The Master Cleanse never heard of the Liver Flush though. I appreciate the response. I figured I'd try to do the Water Fast regardless. Let me know any other alternatives to brushing teeth.. I'm sure you know there are sooooo many opinions on the subject as well. That's a definite concern for me. Lol. Thanks for the reply :)
