Re: 4 days and done

Hi Fastician,

Is that your screen name? :)

I have read many times on this forum and a Facebook dry fasting page and other forums that 5 days dry fasting would bring efficient change in body and mind. 9 to 11 days is max. And it should be supervised.

I have dry fasted my whole life with Ramadan. 30 days hour before sunrise till sunset. I have done first 45 hours dry fasting this Ramadan with a few sips of water at sunset and hour before sunrise. I lOst 2 kg and it seems I am not craving like I used to my whole life and also signs that would tell me that periods are coming seem to have changed. Almost no signs at all. I want to do another 45 hours dry fast like I did this mon the before. But does it count as a dry fast while having a few sips of water on these two specific times? And I might be pregnant, but I would know for sure till another 3 weeks. I still feel like dry fasting. I am not thirsty. I do take showers and wash up before prayers.

I would love to hear what you think.
Kind regards
