4 days and done

I have stated before that in my previous dry fast of 3.5 days i felt i probably went about 24 hours too far, fighting through heavy thirst, dry mouth and throat and drying skin on my lips, face and in several other places on my body along with some little blisters and then paid the price of 10 days of nausia to follow.

In this fast i was much less thirsty and dry at the same point (light to med thirst at 2.5 days compared to med-heavy thirst at 2.5 days last time) and stopped my fast at the level of thirst and dehydrative symptomology i felt i should have last time... and 4 days this time i was comparable in thirst and dryness to 2.5 days last time.

When Med-heavy thirst including dry mouth and throat arose this time, i fought through it only for only about an hour instead of 24, flirting with the idea of at least making it to sleep and drinking in the morning, but decided to play it safe and drank some water with profound delight.

No nausia in moving forward this time so this is very nice. My tongue was pink the entire time in in this fast in contrast to plenty of past fasting experiences (mostly water-only fasts) with a white tongue including one long fast where my coated tongue became pink towards the end.

My body is clearly becoming better at this and i expect one day to safely reach 7 days or even more, breaking at 7 with thirst comparable to what it was breaking this time at 4 and last time at 2.5.  Meanwhile i plan to continue 16 hour dry fasts as a daily practice.
