it's just a bit of a nightmare really the lengths I've gone too in the last year to get some improvement mainly with heart palps brain fog and low quality erecrions didn't think it would be a problem at 22 haha considering there's no fat on my body at all, did smoke for about 8 years though.

Also I have tired taking mag in a few different forms as I heard how good it was for you, do you have any idea why it would make me feel wired, not be able to sleep racing heart hot sweats etc?
