I think you're right and I have had more of a spiritual cleanse than anything else. I've felt so great and look forward to each day because I know this is only the beginning for me. I have been idle for about 4yrs now, and this experience has really enlightened me in more ways than one. I have found out so much about cleansing and the way our body works. This is definitely a lifestyle change for me and my husband. He has been so amazed at my determination and progress that he is now on his 5th day and doing Great!!
