The main thing I have found about the MC, like anything else you undertake in life [quitting smoking, exercise etc] is you have to be mentally ready and it helps so much with the physical end of it.
When I did my first fast a year ago, it was mainly to kick off a weightloss, healthier lifestyle. It accomplished exactly that. Subsequently, whenever my life takes on more of a unhealthy lifestyle, and I see the weight creeping back on, I know it's time to right the ship and start another cleanse. I, too, am starting tomorrow. I was going to start today, but I fell asleep last night before I drank the Senna tea!
