Thank you so much for the kind advice! I am ordering the GOyster as we speak. We have way too many electronics around the house and I'm in front of them constantly, so it's a worthy investment.

Another source of constant stress for me is a bit harder to reduce. I live with a hyperactive, constantly VERY loud 3 year old who yells practically every word and keeps the whole house up at night (she's our roommate's daughter). I'm extremely sensitive to noise (as I'm sure many candida sufferers are) and the walls are paper thin. Moving out is sadly not an option since we can't afford it. Especially not after all the medical costs come in and since I'm not working because of my condition.

If I can't avoid the operation at all (and believe me, I'm doing EVERYTHING to not have to do it), does anyone have any recommendations for afterwards while still fighting candida? Tweet
