Excellent work with the beetroot juice!

A stuffed gallbladder is choline deficiency in a strong way.
Do you have a garden or access to an unsprayed field or forest?

Dandylion leaves are your next herb of choice. :)
The beta carotene in the leaves strengthens the epithelial cells lining the liver and improves bile flow, the bitter alkaloids in the sap acts as a gentle antiseptic against the infections the liver has been fighting in the blood, and the vitamins D, C and B in the leaves is just right for the balance that your liver needs.

The beta carotene will also help fight any viral infections that are damaging your cellular metabolisim along the small intestine, and the folate and choline will help improve bile flow and get things in check.

Gallbladder surgery is rather harsh, it hits the anger/frustration axis kinda hard and further degrades the stomach lining.

A few days on greens and good fats like extra virgin coconut oil should really help things chug along.

Other herbs to move onto and cycle into your diet are fresh sage leaf, rosemary, peppermint etc. Just remember to cycle your aromatic herbs to get the best blood-cleansing effect. Buy them as live plants, get the dandylion leaves straight from the grass and rinse them well in water. I get an immediate bloodsugar-lowering effect and alkilizing effect (increase in metabolisim) from them.

Vitamin A from the leafy greens is the absolute best thing you can do for your monthly cycle.

To increase the perception of sweet flavor with these herbs, use dried anise, chervil, sea or himalaya salt. :D

Oh, yeah, remember not to spare on the saturated fats after you have started to feel better on the green herbs! Coconut oil is incredibly helpful in the whole endocrine system (at which the liver is central), but beef fat from bone broth is incredibly rich in nutrients.

Avoid any fruits that are not in season in your local area. The longer they have been in transport or on the shelves, the longer fungus will have had to start the decay process in them. You need a bias in your intestinal tract towards the more live probiotics.

Have you looked into a magnetic shield? If you're in the states, the codes for EMF radiation are set way too high. (from electronics)
It's basically gamma radiation, just more slow and subtle. It pushes a person towards the fungal balance too. Going to get myself one of these next month:

Fungi are just better at surviving radiations, but it's not something folk are meant to live in exposure to for extended periods.
