Just a thought..
I started taking Choline and Inositol caps for a completely different reason but got instant, although not complete, relief to my gut pain.
I also realized I was not getting enough potassium in my diet. So I started trying to drink about 32
ounces of coconut water through out the day. =to about 2,000 MG potassium. The BMs are much more normal instead of pencil size.
I have also had some success with Solgar Liver Cleanse and 2 tablespoons of
Colloidal Silver . Take a full dropper full 4-5 times a day. Grizz has a paper on CZ about CS dosage. You proabaly do have
parasites as most people do but getting the gut in order is the start of fixing that.
I'm not saying these things are the answer. Just telling you what has helped me.
I believe my issue is a
food allergy because of the intestinal inflammation. If I am extremely careful about what I eat I feel like a normal human. Mostly it is eating whole foods with no
additives or
preservatives . It sucks but it's better than going 8 days without a BM. I miss my hot wings and Dave's double.
I still drink coffee and tea. i think the coconut water alkalizes the acid.
If you figure out a good solution please post it as I am always looking for better solutions.
