So I'm too acidic, and squabbling aside I should...do what now? This got a little sidetracked and now I'm somewhat confused on what I should do here :-(.
Any particular vegetables that are better than others? I tend to shy away from fruits as I worry about the surgar feeding bacteria too much, as well oranges, for as much as I love them give me reflux something horrible.
Are there any supplements that can assist with this too? I realize there's no magic pill to pop but I'd like to do whatever else I can.
