MUCHBETTER, I recently sent you a private message pertaining to your post about recovering from MCS by doing Neurofeedback. Did you receive it? I am doing neurofeedback for ocd/anxiety/depression, but it's in a room where there is new carpet. I have gotten sensitized to other things (I think, as other chemicals around me smell a lot stronger suddenly) even though I wear a mask during neurofeedback. My neurofeedback therapist says because my beta waves are very high, that this therapy will help eliminate MCS. But I'm struggling to get through sessions because of the chemicals around me. Makes me unable to fully relax, too. My question is, will neurofeedback enable me to overcome MCS even when I'm doing the sessions in chemicals that bother me? I'm so confused. Hoping for a reply from you, even though your post is so many years old.
