Re: Getting well

Thank you . I really do appreciate your response. You might want to read Symphony of the Brain... (or maybe it's Symphony in the Brain?) which talks about neurofeedback. Also Bruce Lipton's book Biology of Beliefs is very interesting as he talks about how your beliefs literally change your biology at a cellular level. Depok Chopra also is good to read as he talks about the mind body connection.

I did not mean to suggest that MCS is a psychological disorder. The mind has great impact on the body and thus the way a person thinks, believes, and feels will impact his or her physiology creating wellness or illness. To address just the physical level alone for any illness is being shortsighted.

People with MCS are focused on avoiding toxic chemicals, toxic foods, etc. There are also toxic people and toxic thinking that also should be avoided. Avoid negative people, people who catastrophize, people who fill you with fear, anger, or other forms of upset. Sometimes it means not listening to the news or reading the newspaper. Sometimes it means letting the answering machine pick up and not talking to someone who drains you. Focus on positive events and activities, positive thoughts, healing stories. Fill your mind with positives.

If you have any further questions about this protocol or others that I have listed please let me know.

Thank you again for your response.
