I am in the middle of trying to find ELISA testing for all of the likely species.

Some of them, like hookworm and whipworm seem to only be available for pets, livestock.

If these don't turn anything up I'll try the tests you suggested.

PinX is pyrantel - someone told me they used this for several days to get rid of whipworm. If I try that and tomato skins come out...I'll know to focus on flukes.

Then most likely Prazi as you described.
