mixed flukes and tapeworm infection treatment plan

Ok liver fluke of some sort I suppose.. Any ideas which one it might be? I've been to Asia 10 months ago and I was stupid enough to eat raw fish there. I also drank a lot of Watermelon juices, probably mixed out with tapwater. Not very smart as I'm now dealing with a whole zoo it seems like.

I'm passing a lot of white seeds, about 0,5 -0,7 cm What could they be?

Tapeworm? Or fluke related?

I've seen white fettuccini looking segments at 3 occasions and I did take Bilcitride over one day for it but all that came out was more flukes, and I also discovered then that I have Fasciolopsis buskii. Passed a 6 cm mushroom looking fluke.
I've also passed a flat brown worm 7-8 cm. I have no idea what that could be. And at 3 occasions I've seen white thin worms about 1-2 cm.

My symtoms are: bloating, constipation, fatigue and back pain. Some pain on my right side of the stomach as well.

I've also got blastocystis and a bacterial infection. I've taken some anitobiotics for the bacterial infection.
I got metronide (metronidazole) for the for Blastocystis but haven't started taking it yet.
I'm taking a good herb mix and probiotics at the moment and staying on a low carb diet.

I want to start treating this myself with some medication but my question is, what should I target first? And with what?
I've got my hands on 750 mg Triclabendazole and 500mg x28 capuseles of Niclomendazine.
