The web site leads to a report you can order. I would definitely not suggest that. Ask around at health food stores for a great local practitioner of acupuncture. They may be TCM practitioners, chiropractors or other health care doctors.
I would eat warming foods, no sugar, very little raw food. Research the subject on line There's a lot of great info.
