Re: Healing one lip at a time

FreeAgent : I already failed 2 days into not brushing as I was getting toothache and it just felt horrible. Besides this my lips have been behaving quite well for the last 5 days. The new scabs that have formed as so well moistened you can barely see they are scabs. I've had to do a bit of trimming here and there because when the dead skin dries out (as you know) it sticks out so much, it's horrible.

Warren92 : Are you applying anything to them ? I am swamping them in coconut oil which I carry around in a small pill container. It's a lot less fuss than aquaphor but it needs applying every 30mins - 1 hour when out, or every 2-3 hours when inside.

I'm trying my best to manage the apperance of the scabs.
