I don't know, but it doesn't really matter since parasites are ubiquitous to the human race. The important thing it is to reduce the colonies by doing parasite cleansing regularly.

Looks like it could be undigested cabbage or a fluke. How big was it?
If you are not digesting vegetable matter, that is a problem too.
