Re: LONG READ Awful life with stomach issues.
What you describe could be a thousand things, heck, it could even be a leaky heart valve.
It could be a parasite, but in the absence of
parasite like give away signals, ruling out or finding tests out of wack may give a clue.
If you have a small or nano parasite, they can be hard to figure out. If you have early stage infections, even larger worms go virtually undetected.
Back cracking could be a clue, My first symptom was painful joints, back. That was 8 years ago. The next system was sensitivity to hot/cold. Then bouts of cold/hot.
Re balancing the GI tract requires a bit of skill.

Issues with sugar? Hydrogen balloon test. Usually there are sinus issues with a fructose
Sugar bacteria.
Tried Miralax to increase fluid in stool? Try flax seed and Spirulina to reduce swelling of intestine?
No problems with carbs, milk? probably not a bacteria. Prolonged
Antibiotic use requires probiotics to return flora. Try rebalancing flora, bakers yeast supplement, or liver support. Low bile salt may also need supplementation if you GI has been out of balance for a while, it looses elements due to poor recycling of essential bile salts. Taurine.
No sweats were described, rules out a lot of infection sources, no immune aspect was described, strictly a chemical/process issue?
Fatigue is ATP triphosphate processing issue, cells use this for energy.
Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome like starting premise, looking at ATP, may help improve energy.
Could be backed up toxin system?
Low enzymes? I cannot underscore enough, if PH is low (acid), Bromelin, Papain. These basic enzymes, or liver pancreas support may be central in what you are describing. Pineapple in moderation helps way more than Bromelin.
Mood swings say body is exhausting hormone supply - adrenal fatigue, or low magnesium. The body is Overworking the adrenal axis, to maintain balance.
I always suggest getting a hair analysis of essential minerals, metals, and testing your ph.
Basic salt chemistry is still a good starting point. Try taking magnesium sulfate (Epsom salt) baths. Get enough calcium?
After that you may want a thyroid panel T4 and/or
Adrenal panel.
The Uric acid loop, TCA citric loop, ROS loops could be out of balance, if even one element is not properly recycled in the body, it goes out of homeostasis.
The 5 gallon urine test could also be of use, shows what the body is producing. Also accurately measures Iron use, red blood cell issues.
There are many lipid, and DNA oxidant panels that could show overworked systems, systemic disease, or provide a starting point.
Most good University hospitals, and a knowledgeable doctor should be able to measure your body chemistry balance, without breaking the bank. I went to one doctor who knew his
Science down cold. He told me things about my body imbalance, that I needed to know.
The actual source of the problem may be illusive, but knowing a few of the notes, helps you figure out the melody.
