Thanks for your reply, and sorry for my belated one!

I cant eat any sort of fruit. Lemon in hot water in the morning is a gamble, I will try. I've tried to eat 2-3-4 tbsp of coconut oil (cold pressed) a day. It just makes me want to vomit. I blow up like a friggin whale and feel so much worse.

I eat something from the pharmacy that helps me get a BM every day. It's called "inolaxol", not sure it's the right name for it in English though. I haven't done an enema yet, seems like I just postpone it every time I get some time off.

I also went to see some sort of Naturopat. She did some frequency checking of my body, and found I had some sort of parasite/bacteria in my stomach. She tried to "kill" it but didn't manage. So she gave me some ' Colloidal Silver ?' to take at home, along with zinc, B6, "hydrochloric acid" (as my body couldn't produce very much on it's own. I was very depleted in many vitamins/minerals.

What I'm most curious/afraid of is my diet. I'm very very limited, and everybody says different things. I know I have to experiment on my own, but I'd like to know some starting points. I feel the more healthier I try to eat the worse I feel, and I mean extremely! I also tend to not eat varied foods. I eat the same meal three times daily. Kinda sucks :P

Now I pretty much each brown rice 7 days a week, together with some cooked veggies (yuk!), or raw greens. Very original :D
