Yes it's a f&**ing joke! First thing asked by dr is "Have you been out of the country?" No is the answer. Then the reply is, "Then no way could you have a systemic parasite infection. Let's run blood tests to see what exactly the problem is."
Ofcoarse refusing to look at the fully developed parasitic worms that were fished out of the toilet after one of my many diarriah sessions, which are two a day. Here is the link for some pictures of exactly that.
