Hi Chris and guys, my first fast/post here. 14th water fast day.
BP: 184/118 (mild eye pain, mild headache, mild nausea). Was 121/83 in Jan.
Male, 42 years.
Pulse: 65. Weight: 56,7 kg / 125 pounds
BMI:18.9 (was 21.6 in March and 23.3 in Dec)
Height: 173 cm / 5.67 feet
Temp: 35.5-36.5 Celsius / 95.9 - 97,7 Fahrenheit
Enemas/Hunger/white urine so far? No, not yet.
QUESTION: Will fasting heal BP?
Consuming only tap water (Brita carbon filter jug).
Reasons for starting WF - hoping autolysis to cure the following:
- Three days of vomiting food, then water
- Whole body pins-and-needles in stressful situations and after hot beverage/food. Clothes off to cool down. Last Dec no pheochromocytoma suspicion after metanephrine/normetanephrine test. No liver/bile indications back then.
- No appetite since Jan due to afternoon+evening nausea. No vomiting. Jan-Mar weight drop 5 kg / 11 pounds.
- Lung scarring from autoimmune condition; sarcoidosis (diag. 2015)
- Jaw pain at night when lying on back -> Ibuprofein/paracetamol.
- Teeth prone to cold/hot
- "Old man's" bad breath
- Neck hot in the evenings (this resolved itself)
- Daily pang on left or right chest causing breathing difficulty (seems to have resolved)
