I don't think it's bacteria. I got fungus all over my skin in several different places. When it first started my only systoms where penis pain. Then brain fog the really bad penis pain.

Then bloating then horrible joint pain. Ect ect. I believe it's a fungus over growth. I have taken stuff that would have killed the bacteria in the past. Eg food poisoning.

Pls tell me what your dosage and for how long?

Did you stop and start again for the fungus did become immune to the goldseal and if so did you take a different herd in it place?
