I go to Supersupplements and buy it. It's cartel owned but thus far I haven't found their straight herbs to be messed with. Or go some where on line. Look, eh? If you find something and are not sure ask me--I usually can tell. If you learn a simple version of muscle testing you can tell for yourself.

You just hold the bottle of whatever, and let your body relax and sway. Ptactuce ahead of time so you know which way your body sway for yes and no. And ask inside your head, Is this a good healthy product for me right now? It may take a couple different bottles but keep doing it til you find a 'yes'.
