I think the point is that everyone is responsible for him or herself. If you read advice here or else where and follow letter by letter,it is your own decision. Matt is not a doctor, and he gives advice for free. Whatever someone's conclusion is from that, is their own individual issue. If they accuse someone, it is because they dont know better. In the end i dont think it is personal.
