But without an infection, the pulser doesn't do anything, from my experience. If your shoulder surgery starts getting more painful, it's probably gotten infected somehow--then the pulser will help. It speeds healing because it stops infection (so you could pulse preventively), of course), not because there's some magical quality to the pulse. Tweet
