Sota Magnetic Pulser and dental work? Any interaction?

Hello, I bought a Sota Magnetic Pulser and then I started reading about using it if you have had fillings or a root canal. What is the interaction? Is it safe to use on the neck area if there is metal in the mouth? Please help, I bought this for my husband with neck, shoulder, back, and knee pain. He has had dental work, at this point who hasn't had dental work? Is there a danger in using the Pulser with dental work?
Also, he had shoulder repair surgery, is there any chance the surgeon used metal anything to repair the shoulder, and would this have any interaction? Is it safe to use on a shoulder with surgery? I think I remember the surgeon saying he used something to tie the muscle back to the bone.
