Re: Is this candida overgrowth ?

I would advise against any type of forced chelation (even with natural methods)before Amalgams are removed, but the dry sauna is great (bring towel inside with you to wipe off sweat as you go, it will help prevent toxins reabsorbing.) The basics are the best way to start , brisk walks , clean diet, positive thought process with a focus on stress reduction. Getting a good amount of fresh air and sunshine everyday ,Good sleeping patterns every night etc.

And as far as the bread and carb intake goes it depends a lot on your weight, I'm emaciated so a low carb or no carb diet is very , very dumb (I know from personal experience ) I stuck to candida diet religiously for 6 months and it almost killed me. Trying to starve candida is foolish , if you could than a fast would cure everyone. The idea for me is to give my body the proper calories and nutrients to provide my immune system the strength it needs to fight and balance itself...
