Don't eat bread for the time being and don't trust Google for every resource blog it sends you to. Use your common sense.

I don't know why someone would say to eat bread, pasta, carbohydrates for the matter or anything else that feeds candida heavily. Especially sugar. Whole-grain or rye makes no difference really unless you bake it yourself. That is just pure misinformation.

There is not much research done on resistant strains of Candida against feeding thyself a diet purely without carbohydrates. I highly doubt they "mutate" to start eating your muscle instead or fat, otherwise we wouldn't need a diet right?

Don't trust everything you read. It's far more logical to eat a diet that doesn't feed them and at the same time controlling your body pH in addition to taking herbs which will help immune system fight off candida and any other infection for that matter.
