Starting Dr. Clarks Cleanse / Adrenal Fatigue

It's been months of recovering from what I think is adrenal fatigue...It's been quite the learning process and I am going to start Dr. Clarks parasite cleanse tomorrow, it just came in the mail.

I believe my body is toxic and this is a good starting point before I do a liver cleanse, and maybe even I may have to look into a heavy metal cleanse.

My last "crash" was 3 weeks ago, my initial crash that started this all was at the end of November.

I'll feel better, mood, energy but have learned to take it easy as not to initiate another crash.

I know I need to recover, I'm on a steady and strict diet, gave up alcohol and coffee months ago.

Taking probiotics and magnesium calm everyday as well as Vit C. Liquid Vid D with K2 and B12 Complex from Garden of Life.

My digestion works, but I know frequent urination and green stool means my liver or body is not getting all the nutriets I am feeding it and the liver or gut is still repairing or damaged from the crash.

My concern is...

I don't want to over work my body that seems to be recovering. I'm in bed every night by 10 PM, taking daily walks in nature and abdominal breathing excercises to relax all day, even at work.

- Is it OK to stay on my probiotics, magnesium etc while taking this cleanse.

- Is it OK to begin this cleanse and start trying to eliminate what maybe a bigger problem which is a parasite

I'm determined to rebalance, and heal my body and have learned so much.
