Re: Help Reading my Cortisol / Hormone Test Results

Here's my thyroid panel results...

TSH 0.83 uIU/mL 0.35-4.94 uIU/mL JI
PERFORMING
T-4 (THYROXINE), TOTAL 4.4 mcg/dL 4.9-11.7 mcg/dL
T-3 UPTAKE 32.4 % 22.5-37.0 %

I haven't felt my usual amped up self in a while, well maybe 2 months ago a few weeks after my total crash.

Basically crash symptoms came back 2 weeks ago, tightness in chest, left eye twitch and even after long 10 hours of sleep wake up feeling exhausted and that feeling in your head all day like you are not right.

I am going to do a liver cleanse soon and perhaps a parasite cleanse, but think I am recovering from adrenal fatigue crash. Which occured at the end of November, I'm on strict diet, gave up alcohol months ago and coffee.

I'm learning so much about my body and think I could have just burnt myself out. I feel so much for all those who have to deal with and are trying to find out what is wrong with their body regarding adrenal fatigue, candida, leaky gut etc.

This website is an amazing place for people who are lost, and that is such a terrible feeling for anyone to deal with.
