The results don't report anything obvious to me. Assuming you are a female and assuming you took the progesterone sample on the correct day of your "month" maybe you'd like 10mg pregnenolone. If you get fatigued in the late afternoon on stressful days you might take the preg in the mid afternoon. Maybe you'll only need it to "stress dose" to prevent the "crash."

Hopefully you took the samples during one of your "crash" periods, not on a day when you felt amped up!

What symptoms did you experience during your "crash?"

You did not mention the remainder of the results from your thyroid panel. Remember higher values for TSH suggest that your brain and pituitary are trying to encourage more thyroid hormone production.
