Re: Some things you might consider
I really appreciate everyone's replys and suggestions.
Ive tried many things to suggested on this website and others to address my health issues. (fungal overgrowth, sibo,
parasite infections) and have had little success. The more aggressive I get with anti fungals and anti
parasites or antibacterials , the more my liver gets clogged up, the less bile and digestive enzymes get secreted, and as a result the pathogens in my gut get fed more and stronger, my
food allergies get worse and my immune system crumbles under the load...
My strategy as of lately is just playing more defense, getting back to the basics of good health. Clean nutritious food, clean water, lots of sunshine and fresh air, walking 2-4 miles a day, various stress and anxiety lowering techniques, putting myself around positive, supportive people (I go to 12 step meetings as Ive had drug and alcohol abuse problems for the last 15 years, most people in the meetings all have our health issues, they just dont know it) getting to bed early and up early etc...
This seems to work best, my bowel movements are pretty consistent, my energy is better, clarity is better as well as mood.
When I try to poison the bugs inside me it just seems like Im poisoning myself, the toxins just recirculate and make me ill. Its very hard to cleanse yourself when you have auto intoxication. Its like trying to shovel a driveway in the middle of a massive blizzard, for every foot of snow you shovel, 5 more feet hits the ground. Its very discouraging.
Many days I just want to give up... and either drink and use drugs to forget about my problems(which will only make them worse) or commit suicide, Im 29 years old and most days I feel like Im 80, life isnt supposed to be like this...
