hi wotm8brah, i am a microbiology teacher and know something about vit K.The said vit is synthesized by the normal flora E.coli in the intestine..however, if you are taking supplements for vit K. you may have overproduced the needed vit K and this also might upsets your normal digestive process and also imbalance the normal gut flora..you just have to take in fruits and veggies rich in fibers.. just to eliminate waste,bad bacteria, and facilitate better defecation or passing out of poop! start with papaya and aloe :)
