Re: Vitamin K2 giving me problems. Anyone else?

Are you taking vitamin D3? (or at least getting plenty of regular sunshine)?

I've seen a fairly reliable source saying that you need D3 to make use of the K2, as they work together.

A reasonable dose if you aren't getting much sunshine would be 10,000 IU per day.

Also how much K2 are you taking and what sort?
EDIT: ok, I see now.
100 mcg of mk-7 is not too much.

You might try some mk-4 and or K1.

Life Extension Super K has all three, in what they presumably think is the right balance.
People seem to get good results on it.
(Only just started it myself).
