Vitamin K2 giving me problems. Anyone else?

As title says started taking vitamin K2 again (MK-7 100mcg).

I experience the following symptoms:
- messed up digestion
- pain in intestines accompanied sometimes with hot flashes
- feeling colder
- memory and concentration problems
- headaches
- bowels feel not emptied


however my skin, hair and teeth have noticeably improved. Same goes for my libido.

I don't know what is going on. I want to keep taking Vitamin K2 cause it benefits me so much

I remember posting a similar thread 8 months back on here or so thinking it was Iodine causing these problems but it seems since reintroducing vitamin K2 these problems have returned.

Anyone have an idea? I am in legit pain. My belly hurts. When I pass gas or have a bowel movement I feel way way better. I know there is a connection between the gut and brain
