parasites eating holes in the walls of your intestines. How do you suppose that might go, especially with the localized infections they carry. Don't suppose if you had a huge infestation, it might make your 'gut' kinda leaky?? And the infection increase the pain level even more??

It isn't a mystry at all. Just suppressed information so the pharmaceutical cartel and their profit mongering minions, doctors, can give you drug after useless drug to cover the symptoms, but never treat the cause. You won't need their drugs any more, and they lose a ton of money.

It's not that hard to return your poor guts to great health, if you stop believing all the money making lies of the cartel, eh?
