Doing her cleanse requires a zapper. I thought I pointed that out, but it appears I didn't. Sorry. You really need the zapper to kill the out of the digestive tract parasites, who probably will crawl back in after you've killed the ones that were there, poking more holes in the walls of your digestive tract.
