Archus's benign cyst also does not go down from autolysis while fasting. It shrinks but grows back again. Hence, there is no cumulative autolysis, just a deflation/reflation without any net progress.

There appear to be many examples of this, three on this board alone...

Shelton's book makes it seem like autolysis is so easy. But this appears to not be the case.
