Much depends on the amount of toxemia that is present before any autolytic disintegration of tumors occurs
If toxemia is minimal before the commencement of a long fast, then autolysis will shrink and rid the body of tumors as long as they have not metastasized.
Two possibly three protracted fasts are required before this is successful, with very careful re-feeding in-between each.
