I'm 5'3 and according to Dr. Phil's book 125lb is the ideal weight for someone my height & u're right at 5'2 u should be 120. I'm going to try & not weigh myself until maybe Sun to see if I've lost any. Plus I walk 3 miles a day. I'm going to go for as long as I can - although it's pretty hard bcause I have to cook for my husband & 3 kids plus I'm a stay-at -home mom but I'll make it...Wish me luck & good luck to you!!
