HELP! Need advice - on candida cure, got blood work back from doctor
HI, so I've been on a candida-killing spree for 2 months now and doing well. I got blood work done at the doctor's office and the levels for potassium and RDW came back a little high (not alarming, but not normal either). I'm under the assumption that my kidneys and liver are being over-burdened by my killing spree. I am having trouble keeping regular in that I am more often constipated than not, but am taking things to keep the bowels moving along. I BM every day at least, and my urine is almost clear with some white stuff from time to time from candida.
Other than the long-term candida suffering, I'm a fairly healthy person now, especially since changing my diet at the beginning of the protocol. Should I wait to see what the next blood work panel shows or should I help my kidneys and liver out more? Should I cleanse or add supplements to my regime? All other levels were in normal range but have the levels available for questions.
Doctor also prescribed me Diflucan to take but am worried about adding more toxins for my organs to clear out. Can you offer suggestions on how to help me detox as well?
