i like white potatoes and had them almost every day for dinner growing up but they cause me some problems now, prob bcs they are a nightshade.
i didnt know they were source of Vit K. its too bad bcs i had to go to buying the sweet potatoes, which are delicious but cost about 3x more per lb. than the irish potatoes.
