Re: High cortisol adrenal fatigue

I wouldn't say I'm depressed, but would say physical response to anxiety/stress is very elevated. Taking atenelol for stress symptoms including tachycardia/heart palpitations. I've also had pretty bad diahrea. Fatigue is bad, but not overwhelming. I'm able to work and lift weights at the gym, but I still feel very out of it most of the time. Also, fatigue is worst in the morning and lessens throughout the day. I don't think I've had Free T3 pulled, but I had some thyroid labs pulled a while back. What kind of Mitochondria support would u recommend? My thyroid lab results are included below.

Thyroid Peroxidase (Tpo) Ab 7 0-34 IU/mL
Thyroglobulin, Antibody <1.0 0.0-0.9
T4,Free(Direct) 1.13 0.82-1.77 ng/dL
Reverse T3, Serum 13.9 9.2-24.1 ng/dL
