So glad that you see improvement, even though you still have a journey ahead.

I had chronic fatigue, adrenal fatigue, along with 6 chronic infections.

I was diagnosed 5 years ago. The 1st year, all my infections were gone, and I recovered from CF.

However, thyroid and adrenals are a completely different story. If there is actual junk sitting in them, they can't work. Or if you pushed yourself past your healthy limits for a long time (that's what I did).

The #1 supplement that effects my entire system is vit d. But I can only absorb it in sheep's wool, liquid form. And I have to take it with a small amount of coconut oil under the tongue.

A sign of adrenal fatigue is cubicle folds under the eye. During my CF, mine were terrible. Do you have them? They come back when I don't sleep.

Biochemics say that the cubicle fold shows a deficiency of absorbable calcium fluoride, which can be found in tissue salts (from any health food store).

Keep us posted. Even a wee bit of improvement is encouraging to all of here!
