To be clear, I didn't just decide to up the EO dose to a huge amount arbitrarily. I researched Myrrh oil specifically and looked for reputable sources on safe quantities for my body weight.
I recommend that everyone does this with EVERY SINGLE DIFFERENCE SUBSTANCE.
Body size makes a big difference too sometimes. So what may be okay for me may not be okay for you.
Also, we each metabolize each different substance differently. So what may not be potent for me, may be potent for you.
So, :) as always. Be careful! It is always better to start small and gradually increase, watching for any symptoms along the way.
Yes, I do see "volatile" being used interchangeably with "essential" often.
I'm not answering the "brand" question on purpose because I have only tried one. So, I have no idea if it is a "good" brand or not. It does say it contains 100% Myrrh though. I think that is the significant factor.
