How long did it take you to have beans? and what about avocados? nuts? I'm really craving avocado. I'm on my 3rd day,the first two days were juice and veggie broth. I ate Grapes, watermelon, and half of a pear today without any discomfort. I wish I had some type of schedule so I could know when to add what. I plan on only eating plant based whole foods permanently.
That must have been so great eating beans. I really have a craving for lentils and mung beans too.
My pee is very dark and coming out slowly. is this a problem?
I went back and found some great info about exercising after a fast. Seems best to wait until I am eating protein again. That Chrisb1 is brilliant.
