So I'm on day two of juice after my 28 day water fast. The green juice is going down really well, sucked juice out of a grapefruit and had a tiny amount of the pulp. I feel great. I'm itching to bite into something and chew and swallow.
What does breaking a fast look like for you wise experienced fasters?
I have read the main article that has been reposted from scheltons book, but I wanna hear your personal stories, and what works for you. How long do you do liquids? What do you like to eat first when you're ready to ingest high water content fruit?
When is it ok to start exercising? I lost 35 lbs and I look pretty gaunt. I need to put on some muscle mass.
