constipation on breaking a fast

Happy new year everyone!

Thanks for the suggestion Archus, sad that I didn't check on your response earlier, since I've had severe constipation issues on the second day of exiting the fast that lead to rectal bleeding(might be a fissure, blood content is mild to moderate) which keeps persisting, after the second day the stools kept getting easier and lighter to pass, no pain in the abdomen(there was some on first day), so I thought It will go away sooner, because I had similar issue few times before, but not as persistent. Thinking of seeing a doctor after the holidays to discuss this... Not that it really matters, but just curious of what caused it. I did exit on half diluted fruit juice for 3 days gradually increasing the juice content, then plant foods...
Could it be that the stool was there from the beginning of the fast all along? Because I entered the fast not so properly without juicing, or it might be cause of the toxicity from before.
Currently I'm on diluted cabbage juice, thought I'll give it some time to heal for a day or two. Thiking about trying some enemas, but frankly I'm a bit worried that It wouldn't get any worse, though I wish I'd tried them on exiting the fast.
Would a colon flush be possible in my current condition?
Bought some psyllium husks too never tried that but after some reading I thought maybe give that a try after juicing since it's a laxative.
