Can you use baking soda to boost boiled water ph on a fast?

Hello.

I've been fasting for a week now. Couldn't get any filtered water or distilled one that would come from a glass bottle, so I used boiled water. First I boiled it for longer than 10 minutes, but now started experiencing some heartburn in the evening mostly... My question would be is it possible to add a little baking soda (sodium hydrocarbonate) to water to boost it's pH since I thought the boiling could've reduced the ph of the water?
